About Me

Born and raised in the Philippines, I grew up in a culture where caring for our elders is not just a responsibility — it’s a calling. After losing my father just as I was entering college, my mother worked tirelessly as a nanny and caregiver/CNA in the United States so all six of her children could earn college degrees and build a better life.

I came to the U.S. as a physical therapist to honor her dream. What began as hands‑on patient care quickly grew into a leadership journey: treating PT → Rehab Director → Regional Rehab Director → and for the past 17 years, Vice President of Rehab across multi‑state skilled nursing facilities.

My passion has always been the same — healing. Whether it’s wounds, mobility, ADLs, incontinence, or restoring dignity and independence, I believe rehab is one of the most powerful levers in healthcare. I’m committed to elevating programs, strengthening teams, and creating cultures where quality care is the standard, not the exception.
